Membership program is open to all Malaysians aged 13 years and above. The Membership Program is not available to companies or corporations.
Membership Sign-up is free and no annual and/or membership renewal fee is required.
Each individual is only entitled to apply for ONE (01) membership only.
You MUST provide an accurate Personal Identification Number (NRIC) upon signing-up/application to receive Reward Points in future.
Membership e-Card & assigned ID will be auto-generated upon succesful sign-up. No physical card will be issued.
Membership is non-transferable and all benefits and privileges are only redeemable by the registered member.
Member earns ONE (1) Reward Point for every RM1 spent on ticket(s) of concerts organized by Star Planet in Malaysia. It will be awarded based on net cash received and cash value less than RM1 will not be counted. Note: You MUST provide your Personal identification Number (NRIC) upon ticket purchase to receive the Reward Points.
The accumulated Reward Points are only eligible to redeem item(s) available in the Reward Catalogue and cannot be used to redeem cash.
With effective from 1.1.2020, Reward Points will be auto-credited into your membership account within 5 working days from the date of event.Members are advised to keep all receipts for 6 months in the event of any discrepancy in the Reward Points’ accumulation. It is important that you provide your personal Identification Number (NRIC) upon ticket purchase to be eligible to receive the Reward Points.
Free delivery is applicable for territory within Malaysia only. If delivery fails after two attempts, the redemption will be auto-cancelled and the Reward Points will be credited back to the member's account within 14 days.
Redemption order cannot be cancelled or modified once request is placed (Note: images of items displayed in Catalogue are for illustrative purpose only. Characteristics of actual product may vary).
There is no expiry date for points earned while in the program so long as you are a Member. You may end this Membership at any time by requesting the cancellation of your program. Any unused points will be forfeited effective from the date of cancellation.
Any dispute as regards to delivery of defective or deficient items must be addressed by the member to Star Planet within 7 days of the date of receipt of the items. Any claims made after 7 working days shall not be entertained and member shall be deemed to be satisfied with the item(s).
1. Points will not be awarded if in Star Planet’s reasonable opinion the ticket(s) purchased will be used for resale or commercial use and any Reward Points awarded on such purchases will be forfeited.
2. By signing up as a member, you consent to the usage and processing of your personal data by Star Planet and agree to the terms and conditions, rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Program set forth at the sole discretion of Star Planet.
3. Star Planet reserves the right to refuse/cancel/withdraw a membership and forfeit all Reward Points of any member who violates the terms and conditions.
4. Star Planet reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions herein, the membership privielges without obligation to give reasons. Star Planet may terminate the program at any time by giving you a 60-day prior notice.
