Benefits

Membership program is open to all Malaysians aged 13 years and above. The Membership Program is not available to companies or corporations.

Membership Sign-up is free and no annual and/or membership renewal fee is required.

Each individual is only entitled to apply for ONE (01) membership only.

You MUST provide an accurate Personal Identification Number (NRIC) upon signing-up/application to receive Reward Points in future.

Membership e-Card & assigned ID will be auto-generated upon succesful sign-up. No physical card will be issued.

Membership is non-transferable and all benefits and privileges are only redeemable by the registered member.

Members earn 1 Reward Point per RM1 spent on net cash payments for Star Planet concert tickets in Malaysia (amounts under RM1 are excluded). Please note that providing your NRIC upon ticket purchase is mandatory to receive your points.

Accumulated points can strictly only be used for items in the Reward Catalogue and cannot be redeemed for cash. Eligible Reward Points are auto-credited bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th of each month, provided members supply their NRIC upon ticket purchase. Members are advised to retain receipts for six (6) months in case of any point discrepancies.

Free delivery is applicable for territory within Malaysia only. If delivery fails after two attempts, the redemption will be auto-cancelled and the Reward Points will be credited back to the member's account within 14 days.

Redemption order cannot be cancelled or modified once request is placed (Note: images of items displayed in Catalogue are for illustrative purpose only. Characteristics of actual product may vary).

Your Reward Points will not expire as long as your account remains active. Points will only expire if there is no ticket purchase or points activity for 12 consecutive months. Additionally, if you cancel your membership, any remaining points will be immediately forfeited.

Any dispute as regards to delivery of defective or deficient items must be addressed by the member to Star Planet within 7 days of the date of receipt of the items. Any claims made after 7 working days shall not be entertained and member shall be deemed to be satisfied with the item(s).

1. Reward Points will not be issued for ticket purchases that Star Planet reasonably suspects are intended for resale or commercial exploitation. Any points previously credited for such transactions will be immediately revoked and forfeited.

2. By registering for a membership, you explicitly consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data by Star Planet in accordance with applicable laws. You further agree to abide by all terms, conditions, rules, and operational policies governing the Loyalty Program, as determined solely by Star Planet.

3. Star Planet reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate any membership and forfeit all accumulated Reward Points if a member violates any of the program's Terms and Conditions.

4. Star Planet reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions and member privileges at its sole discretion without prior notification/justification. Additionally, Star Planet may terminate the Loyalty Program at any time by providing thirty (30) days’ advance notice to members.

Yes. Please be officially notified that the Star Planet Loyalty Program will be permanently discontinued effective 25 August 2026. All members are required to redeem their accumulated reward points before 24 August 2026 (11:59 PM GMT+8). Any points remaining in member accounts as of 25 August 2026 will be automatically cancelled and forfeited with zero cash value.
